The History of Pentecostal Temple Ministries Church
Bishop John D. & (the late) Mother Doris Y. Young (2022)
Pentecostal Temple Ministries Inc, established by Bishop John D. Young and the late Mother Doris Young in 1982, is an unwavering religious organization that wholeheartedly devotes itself to the profound ministry of Jesus Christ and the eternal gift of salvation. Commencing its humble journey in the peaceful lands of Barth, Florida, the ministry initially embraced just a handful of devout followers. Yet, through the miraculous work of the Holy Spirit, the church flourished incessantly, prompting the necessity to acquire an additional edifice to substantiate the ever-expanding congregation.
At Pentecostal Temple Ministries, community is not just a value, but the very essence of our existence. We firmly believe that we are stronger together, bound by a common purpose and shared faith. Our commitment to fostering a deep sense of belonging and connection among our members is the driving force behind all our endeavors. Whether it is through our vibrant worship services, engaging small group gatherings, or impactful outreach programs, we strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued, loved, and supported. The power of community ignites our passion to serve, to uplift, and to transform lives, as we believe that it is in the unity of believers that the true strength of our ministry lies. Through the power of fellowship and the sense of belonging we cultivate, we find comfort, encouragement, and accountability in the journey of faith. Join us as we continue to build bridges, extend hospitality, and embrace diversity, for it is in the heart of our community that the kingdom of God is truly revealed.
Bishop and the late Mother Doris Young had a strong love and devotion to not only God, but to God’s children, and the people of God.
